Dumol RRV Syrah 2007

Tasting notes > A dense purple. Whiffing it - roasted black fruits, cigar and beets. A broad mid palate reveals exotic flavors that encompass mushrooms, damp earth, violets and 'bah kuah' (chinese smoked pork slices). Great inner mouth strength, yet there is a certain lightness of foot. Tannins still a shade brisk at this point. The length was a bit truncated, which was rather disappointing given the great promise displayed on the nose and in the mid-palate.
